Do you offer any standard discounts?
We are proud to grant a 10% discount to all military personnel. Also, we grant a 10% discount to Gulfstream employees. Please be prepared to show proper ID to qualify for either of these discounts.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases, meaning you can cancel at anytime. NO RENT REFUNDS.
When can I get to my belongings?
Our gate access hours are 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We ask that customers give a 30-day verbal notice to move out. Also, please be sure to leave the unit "broom-clean" and remove the lock from your unit when you are finished moving everything out. Rent will apply until your lock is removed.
Do you offer a mover?
Although we don't offer a mover, we would be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover, just ask one of our professional storage counselors.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website or even on your mobile device. You may also arrange to have payments be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card for a worry-free "No Late Fee Guarantee"! Please ask for more information about this feature.
What if my account is overdue?
Your account will be assessed nominal late fees according to the rental agreement. For accounts that are 30+ days overdue, payments must be made in full and in person at our office location.

How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our professional storage counselors can assist you in determining the right size and unit type for your needs. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed, and which environment will work best for you. You can also visit the size guide page to watch a visual 3-D rendering of various unit sizes to help you size up your needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please ask about our debit/credit card auto-pay program.
Do you sell locks, packing and moving supplies?
Yes, please come see us before you pack a thing, and we will be happy to assist you in selecting the right supplies for your needs and unique items. Also be sure to ask about our Box Buyback Program, so you do not have to worry that you have purchased too many boxes!
